| Job Description / Primary Objective |
As an Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer, you'll support our construction management efforts across a variety of project types and delivery methods. Depending on the assignment, you'll either assist the General Contractor with field operations, contract administration, scheduling, and cost management, or support our Owner's Representative services by helping oversee the General Contractor to ensure the project stays aligned with the approved budget, schedule, and scope.

- Must be based in the Los Angeles Metro Area and have access to a vehicle for weekly site visits.
- Education in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) is preferred but not required.
- Conversational Spanish is preferred.

- Training, mentorship, and support provided, with encouragement to pursue professional certifications such as PMP, OSHA, or other industry credentials.

| Requirements (Education, Certifications, Level of Experience) |
Experience:
0-2 years experience within the AEC industry with a strong understanding of construction means, methods, and project sequencing. Electrical or MEP experience is a plus. Hands-on training and support will be provided.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through without close supervision.
Problem Solving:
Organized, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project conditions, shifting priorities, and complex challenges.
Organization:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, with disciplined follow-up to ensure items do not fall through the cracks.
