Premier Southern California Emerging Leaders Program

We’re thrilled to announce the inaugural launch of CMAA Southern California's Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)! A dynamic, immersive journey is now open to pioneering graduates and ambitious young professionals, in the Southern California area, in the fields of construction management, engineering, and architecture.

Our program spans across ten months, composed of eight transformative sessions, each ranging between 1-2 hours. The ELP focuses on individualized coaching aimed at honing your presentation skills, empowering you with insider insights from seasoned professionals during panel presentations, and providing expert guidance to create a unique, strategic career management plan.

Participants will be equipped with valuable skills including, but not limited to, effective interview preparation, targeted career path guidance, and the inherent qualities of a successful construction manager. We're not just fostering the next generation of leaders - we're revolutionizing the industry one professional at a time.

So, are you ready to step into the future? Applications are now open until Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Selected participants will be notified by Friday, August 18, 2023. Participants must reside in the Southern California area and must be available to attend select in-person sessions (schedule to be provided upon selection).
