CMIT / Emerging Leaders

Who we are:
CMAA SC’s CMIT / Emerging Leaders committee promotes young professionals and students to apply for and complete the CMIT accreditation. Our committee plans programs, training sessions, and social events to connect senior construction professionals and experts with students and young professionals.

What is the CMIT?
The CMIT (Construction Manager in Training) is a designation to promote professional development within the Construction industry. The CMIT designation displays a competence in construction management practices as well as a commitment to professional development. The CMIT is the precursor to the CCM accreditation.
