    - Site Concrete Estimator must be a proven leader and clear communicator to relay bid information to field operations to ensure understanding of job scope, schedule, and critical means and methods of construction.
    - Develop, maintain, and rely upon your established client portfolio to increase bid opportunities in the regional market.
    - Work with estimators and owner to lead design-build preconstruction activities to ensure CPC’s high-quality standards are met while always striving to deliver the project ahead of schedule.
    - Provide project management support: means and methods, submittals, schedules, and specifications to ensure field team success.
    - Take part in contract negotiations and lend support to the owner when evaluating contracts.
    - Promote a safe workplace in the office and field, adhering to CPC’s Safety Program and assist in maintaining a stellar safety record.
    - Evaluate systems which will help the company operate more efficiently and oversee the installation & implementation of these systems.

    Work Conditions
