    Job Description / Primary Objective
    PROJECT CONTROLS ANALYST II - $ 63,837 - $ 95,756.00 annually 

    PROJECT CONTROLS ANALYST III - $73,900 - $ 110,851 annually

    ANALYST II: Under general supervision or direction, performs complex professional administrative and analytical project controls work in support of large, complex capital projects and programs; develops and implements project controls for cost forecasting, monitoring, and control of large, complex capital projects; performs financial modeling and forecasting; track change orders; coordinate activities of the projects and programs, and communicates with departments, and outside stakeholders; ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; recommends action and participates in formulating policy and procedure and in project budget development and administration; provides technical and responsible assistance to the department head,  managers and project managers; and performs related work as required.

    ANALYST III: Under general direction, performs complex professional administrative and analytical project controls work in support of large, complex capital projects and programs; develops and implements project controls for cost forecasting, monitoring, and control of large, complex capital projects; performs financial modeling and forecasting; tracks change orders; performs forecasting and modeling for complex project schedules including project baseline schedules and critical paths; coordinates activities of the projects and  programs, and communicates with departments, and outside stakeholders; ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; recommends action and participates in formulating policy and procedure and in project budget development and administration; provides technical and responsible assistance to the department head,  managers and project managers; and performs related work as required.
    Requirements (Education, Certifications, Level of Experience)
    Minimum Qualifications

    Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in accounting, finance, public or business administration, economics, a related field or related work experience and two (2) years of increasingly responsible professional experience performing project budgeting and cost controls work.
