Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred
12 years of professional Project Management experience in Commercial, Public, and/or Educational Facility Construction is required
3 of the 12 years as a lead with full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction values of more than $20M is required
Possession of a CCM credential is preferred
Experience with the Design-Build delivery method utilizing BIM technology is preferred
Experience with LEED certified projects is preferred
Experience with Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS) is preferred
Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes preferred
Knowledge and Skills
Safety and OSHA Safety Regulations (OSHA 30 minimum) is required
Possess the ability to work in a fast- paced environment; readiness and preparedness to manage and take on multiple tasks and responsibilities is required
