PARK PROJECT MANAGER
The County of San Diego is currently accepting job applications for Park Project Manager, a professional, specialized project management class. Under general supervision, incumbents independently manage planning, design, construction and maintenance projects of County parks and recreational facilities and work as a team member on large projects.

Requirements (Education, Certifications, Level of Experience)

Minimum Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency in architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, geology, urban planning, parks or recreation administration, environmental planning, public/business administration, business management, or a closely related field, AND, two (2) years of professional level project management experience performing capital projects planning, project coordination/management, or urban/environment/resource planning activities; OR;
2. Any combination of education and experience described above which equals six (6) years.
Note: A master's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency in architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, geology, urban planning, parks or recreation administration, environmental planning, public/business administration, business management, or a closely related field may substitute for one (1) year of the required experience listed above.
