    We currently have a great assignment for an Information Manager (Construction). As an Information Manager (Construction) with RealStreet, you will be working on a Government contract to provide construction contract management and associated programmatic technology risk management.

    Job Responsibilities

    The Information Manager (Construction) position is based in Ridgecrest, CA, and will be responsible for providing contractor services and deliverables through the performance of effective programmatic communication services support, and additional duties include:
    - Establishing and executing communication management report to ensure communication is effective and timely for program and project stakeholders
    - Identifying, articulating and communicating needs between all stakeholders to ensure communication needs of the program and projects are met
    - Conducting data analytics to monitor, analyze and synthesize numerous reports, timelines, trends and interdependencies for leaders and stakeholders to incorporate into decision-making
    - Supporting, coordinating, preparing and submitting request for information (RFI’s) from various sources
    - Identifying critical external and internal decision and data input points and providing timely reminders to management
    - Notifying and advising the team of any potential conflicts or delays caused by active projects that could impact projects pending planning and construction award
    - Assisting agencies in planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out of projects
    - Providing project planning, scheduling reviews and expert opinion
    - Performing project management, including performance monitoring and measurement
    Requirements (Education, Certifications, Level of Experience) Specific qualifications for the Information Manager (Construction) role include:
    - Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from a four-year Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) or the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE), or an architecture degree from a National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) university
    - 5 years minimum of Program Coordinator experience
    - 5 years minimum experience in database management
    - 3 years minimum experience using Microsoft Access 2016+ or equivalent database application importing various source data, creating forms for user inputs, integrating data to create queries & reports and exporting / publishing to interface with other programs (e.g. SharePoint)
    - Excellent executive level writing and brief preparation skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to senior leaders at all levels of authority
    - Must have strong analytics skills with the ability to take raw data from multiple sources and perform analysis and develop applicable reports outlining data quality and program performance
    - Must have strong skills using PC computer with software compatible with existing NAVFAC software (i.e. Microsoft Office suite of applications)
    - Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) is highly desirable
    - Certification as a PMP with the Project Management Institute (PMI) or as a CCM with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) is highly desirable
    - Must have a valid, current Driver’s License
    - Must be a US Citizen
