    We currently have a great assignment for a Risk Manager (Construction). As a Risk Manager (Construction) with RealStreet, you will be working on a Government contract to provide construction contract management and associated programmatic risk management.

    Job Responsibilities

    The Risk Manager (Construction) position is based in Ridgecrest, CA, and will be responsible for providing contractor services and deliverables through the performance of program / project risk analyst services support, with additional duties to include:
    Identifying, analyzing, tracking, recording and providing guidance with respect to actions to manage or mitigate risks
    - Assisting the client in the review of program and project risks during all stages of project development and project construction execution
    - Coordinating with the program and project teams and stakeholders to facilitate the identification of risks and developing and maintaining a sense of ownership and responsibility for the risks and associated risk response actions
    - Guiding efforts to identify project risks to include to using brainstorming sessions, interviewing experienced project participants and subject matter experts and performing root-cause analyses and strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analyses
    Requirements (Education, Certifications, Level of Experience)
    Specific qualifications for the Risk Manager (Construction) role include:
    - Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required, however, a technical or business degree is preferred
    - Recent experience / technical competence in similar scopes of work for risk identification, analysis and management for projects and programs of similar scope
    - Must have 10 examples of completed, relevant projects with samples of risk registers or similar documentation to verify experience
    - Demonstrate cost control, quality control and compliance with performance schedules
    - 2 years minimum of specialized experience in performing the tasks for NAVFAC, USACE or any other Federal Agency is highly desirable
    - Ability to apply analytical methods and techniques as they relate to risks
    - Experience in the use and application of Microsoft Office Suite programs, Primavera, Costworks and Success Estimator
    - Must have a valid, current Driver’s License
    - Must be a US Citizen
